The CBA was started by Captain L. Lee Willis, a former NC Wildlife Enforcement Officer (game warden) who has grown up fishing and operating boats on the waters of this state for almost thirty years,

 

Captain Willis holds a USCG Masters License of 1600 tons upon Oceans.

Captain Rennie Clark is a USCG licensed Master with over twenty five years of fishing and boating experience.
